I received a different size to what I ordered. How can I change it?

As we have costumes from numerous different manufacturers, we try to adapt the sizes to standardise them on our webpage. This means that the size printed on the tag can be different in relation to the size stated on the website. However, if you believe you've been given the wrong size, please attach a photo of the barcode on the costume packaging via our contact form or request a return within your user account stating the reason for your return. We'll get back to you as soon as possible.
